2022 National Coffee Day Hop ~ Pumpkin Spice!

Welcome to the 2022 National Coffee Day Hop!

Today I am showing a little pumpkin spice! I used the Pot Head Stamp Set stamped using Black Soot Distress Archival Ink on watercolor paper, then water colored with Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink.

I added a pumpkin face from the Perfect Pumpkin Die Set in Black cardstock. The sentiment is from Pumpkin Spice Stamp Set also stamped in Black Soot Distress Archival Ink.

Jack O. Lantern Blended Card

Do you need a quick and easy Halloween card?

Have I got one for you! and I mean EASY!!!

Bunny here with a quick ink blended Jack O. Lantern card.

 The Pumpkin Spice Stamp Set I used the Jack O. Lantern image for the face and the sentiment "oh my gourd!"

There are several sentiments on the set that would work perfectly for this card I just thought that was pretty fun.

Normally I do a lot of layers on a card, but I decided I wanted to try this pretty much one layer card. 

I ink blended, with our Signature Ink Blending Brush using Carved Pumpkin, Ripe Persimmon and Crackling Campfire Distress Oxide Inks, on the largest layer of the Stitch Dot Rectangle Backdrop.

Then stamped the face using Delicata Ink in Black Shimmer and the sentiment from Pumpkin Spice Stamp Set in Jet Black archival.

Added a Black cardstock, Basic Rectangle Backdrop for the base and there you have a quick and cute Halloween card, that would not be hard to mass produce for a classroom of students or for nursing home residents.

Tuesday Night Live September 20, 2022 Recap

Hello! Welcome to our recap of our Tuesday Night Live.

We did a quick Witch Hat Card showing how to use tone on tone ink blending with our Scattered Stars Stencil!

Placing our Scattered Stars Stencil on our largest Stitch Dot Rectangle Backdrop cut in White cardstock, Mom used the White Shimmer Delicata ink. It gives a subtle but fun shimmery effect!

Then using the Black Shimmer Delicata Ink, and the Scattered Stars Stencil on Black cardstock, for the Witch Hat, again it is subtle but gives a fun tone on tone look.

We were going to add the Fringe Flower but decided against it!

Shimmer Witch Hat

How darling is THIS!! 

For this card, I used the 

Dylusions Shimmer Sprays

 in Black Marble for the hat, Pure Sunshine for the star and buckle, and Crushed Grape for the hat band.  I just wanted to add some bling to this card. Scattered Stars Stencil with Delicata Gold Shimmer ink makes a great background on our Stitch Dot Rectangle Backdrop which is layered onto our Basic Rectangle Backdrop!

The sentiment is one that is included in the die set! Those darling Bats are also dies in the set! How cute!

Just how cute is THIS!!! So many options including 2 sizes of hat, which when layered together, you can create a darling shaker hat. Also several word dies as well as a bat, spider and eyelashes for the glamourous witch!
