Nativity Scene by Jillian and Bunny

Nativity Scene by Jillian and Bunny
Well we decided to make this a team project since school and homework is taking a bunch of my time.  So mom and I got busy in the craft room!  Well kind of, we started with an empty Frosted Flakes cereal box!  Yes, that is our favorite cereal ~ as a snack! For the back of the Stable, we cut a 6 x 8 rectangle out of the box, then out of Jillibean Soup's Wood grain paper called Apple Cheddar Soup.  Then for the top just took one side of the cereal box and folded it and covered it with the wood grain paper too. {We used the ATG gun to adhere it!} I used Spellbinders™ dies for all the rest of the cuts as follows:
  • Wise men ~ Labels Eight, black embossing powder
  • Nativity ~ Nested Lacey Pennants, Coffee Archival Ink
  • Angel and sentiment ~ Labels One and Gold embossing powder
  • Star ~ Nested Star die, stamped in Black Archival Ink with Perfect Pearls Mist in Sunflower Gold
  • A Star is Born and O Holy Night ~ Labels Eight, Coffee Archival Ink and AJVD Pear Pins to hang them onto the Stable!
Most were 3-D dotted with two layers of dots to make them stand out from the stable!
Stamp Sets used are Wise Men and O Holy Night and found HERE!  Thanks for checking us out!  Please leave us a comment ~ and {Pin It} if you like it!  Follow us on Facebook too!

Snowy Days and Vanilla Tootsie Rolls!

For this week we are doing a card and a treat bag/box. So I decided to get into my svg stash and see just what I had!

Snowy Days and Vanilla Tootsie Rolls!
This box comes from SVG Cuts Crisp Days of Fall found HERE. It is a darling matchbox and so easy to make.  I then made a rosette and used the scalloped circle for the Snowman Sentiment which was stamped in Aquamarine Archival Ink.  I stamped snowflakes in embossing ink and stamped the top of the box but you can't see them for the rosette ~ Oh well!
For my card I used my favorite Labels 8 Spellbinders die and some black and white card stock.  I used Snowflake Circles Stamp set found here and just stamped  the snowflakes with Aquamarine Archival Ink to make a background stamped image.  Then used embossing ink and Recollections Teal glitter embossing powder to make "Frosty" blingy!
For the sentiment it was stamped in Black Archival Ink on a Grommet Tag diecut by Spellbinders.  Then I found the perfect colored brads to match!
I love your comments!

Christmas Blessings Card Duo

Today I wanted to do a set of a card and gift card holder!  I used Kraft paper as the base cut with a Spellbinders Labels 8 then layer with a piece of red card stock cut two sizes down.  I then cut green dot Spellbinders Lacey Pennants  and then out of Kraft again the SB Pennant die.  I stamped the Nativity Scene from O Holy Night and Nativity Bonus Stamp set found HERE.  I used Ranger Embossing Ink and Black Opague Embossing Powder by Recollections.  I stamped both Sentiments from Christmas Blessings Stamp Set found HERE in Jet Black Archival.
The gift card holder die is from Emma at My Creative Time.  I punched two 2 inch circles out of the green dot paper and layered a square scallop punch with the sentiment on top.  The Cherry Divine Twine completes the look!

Black, White and Red all over!

Tis the Season to sparkle!  Well how about a little Santa Baby today!

For his card I used only Spellbinder diecuts.  Labels One, (black base and striped layer) Labels Eight for the red layer and Labels 18 for the top layer.  I inked with Distress Ink in Barn door around the die to give it that worn red look in the embossing crease.
Stamped the Santa Baby in Black Archival, Tis the Season in Vermilion Archival and added some bling!
Stamps are from the Santa Baby Stamp set found HERE!

Black and White Christmas ~ Classic Elegance

Black and White Christmas ~ Classic Elegance
Here we are again using Black and White!  I just love this elegant combination.
Using the O Holy Night and Nativity Stamp set found HERE, I started with Black card stock as the base.  Spellbinders Labels 8 for the next layer which is the Teresa Collins Christmas Home, the back side of Snowflakes paper.
I  then pop dotted the Spellbinders Large Label layer with the Nativity scene stamped in Jet Black Archival on it as well as the sentiment.  The Spellbinder Grommet tag was cut out of black card stock then stamped with Adirondack Snow Cap ink and two star brads added.
This was a fun card to do as I love the look of Black and White, and as my Paul Mitchell t-shirt says "I bleed Black and White"!

I am dreaming of a Black and White Christmas!

I am dreaming of a  Black and White Christmas!
I have always loved Black and White, since I was a child!  Then as a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon owner it runs in my blood as an adult!  Paul Mitchell's bottles are white with black printing for a reason ~ when they first started, those were the only colors they could afford to have applied to their product.  But what a signature it is for them today.
Well here is my Black and White Snowman card!

I started with a black card stock base, then used the Teresa Collins
Christmas Home snowflake paper then used Spellbinders Labels 18 to cut out the Damask snowflake layer and the smaller Labels 18 for the black layer, I used Adirondack Snow Cap ink for the snowman stamp which is from Winter Wishes found HERE.
The I cut out of white card stock from the Ribbon Tags Trio Two Spellbinders tags and used a Red Polka Dot ribbon from Hobby Lobby.  The Bling is from my stash and I see one didn't make it thru the photo shoot!
Enjoy!

God's Art Harvest Card

 God's Art Harvest Card
For this card I used the Spellbinders Labels One die ~ one of my very favorites!!!
I just used rust card stock for the base and layer with the Autumn Leaves on it.  The Tree is stamped in Jet Black Archival Ink, on a Spellbinders Labels 18 die {my other go to shape} in creamy vellum paper, the owl in Coffee Archival and the pumpkin in Sienna Archival ink.  Then stamped the Leaves in Coffee archival on the rust layer, the patterned paper was from my stash!
The sentiment is on a piece of rust card stock I hand cut so don't look too close! Sentiment {The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of God, stands forever.}is stamped in Black Archival Ink.
