About my wall art . . .

We have spent the last 8 weeks renovating a home I have owned for almost 20 years.

I lived there before Sam and I got married and then we made it a rental until now.

I love this house!  And love how it came out

I decided it needed to look like a home not just a previous rental house so I decided to warm up the decor and add some wall art.  I used my Silhouette Cameo and vinyl.  That way if the new buyer doesn't like it, they can just peel it off!  However, the potential buyers who have viewed the house already said they loved it!

So in the kitchen, I wanted some thing for our dark red (Red Theater from Sherwin Williams to be exact!) wall.  So I designed silverware ~ oversized silverware!

I then cut it out with our Silhouette Cameo machine.

 I measured, measured and then taped to get them straight.

 and placed the knife first . . .

Then added the others!

(sorry for the glare) 

and the finished look . . . which I love! I need to find a spot in our house for one!

I also added a design above the kitchen sink as well! (that space was yelling out for art!)

And added a welcome sign to the laundry room/kitchen door!

And to the laundry room wall!

The beauty of vinyl wall art is that if the new homeowner doesn't like it . . it can all be peeled right off with no damage to the walls!
