On your Wedding Day . . .

Congratulations and Best Wishes to Matt and Carrie!

Today they begin their life together!

This is the card I made for them which features one of their wedding colors.

For this card I used Wendy Vecchi Signature Ink in Fern Green.  When I did the heart background, I decided it was too bright for the card, so got that Frosted Crystal embossing powder out and then added a layer of chalk over it to soften the color! It worked perfectly!!!  So chalk isn't just for Chalkboard art!

On the inside (forgot to get the photo.) is a {die}signer Pocket that says "a little cash for your stash"!

Congratulations BreAyne and Lucas!

Today we have a wedding to attend! I have watched BreAyne grow up right in front of my eyes!

So here is the card I made them her and her groom, Lucas ~ who I might add is a real sweetie too!

They are a beautiful couple inside and out!

I cut this card out of Spellbinders Labels 21. Holly Sinoni and Beth Pingry showed Jillian and I this trick at CHA last summer, fold the card stock in half, then make sure there is a tad bit of die edge showing beyond it so then it won't cut and leaves a folded edge!

So then I cut two more smaller layers one for the monogram and one for the inside.

I used Triple Monograms by A Jillian Vance Design for the outside of the card ~ it is a double stamp set and comes with a smaller alphabet for the side letters and a larger one for the center letter.

It is such an elegant set!

Then for the inside I used the {die}Vine Wedding Cross stamp set for the sentiment and swirly end caps.

The charm is a {die}lightfully Charming Circle die stamped with Charming Occasions stamp set and pinned on with a AJVD Pear Pin!
I love how this came out and we are all excited to see Breezie and Lucas tonight!

Funny how I did my card and Jillian and Ruby and I never saw each others cards and they are similar cards ~ great minds think alike!  The fun thing is to see the different color schemes and how different they make the cards look!

I used a white card base for my card

stamped it with the Quatrafoil Background stamp in Jet Black Archival, then added Crimson hearts from the {die}vine Wedding Cross Stamp set.  The scripture for the background of the cross was stamped in Snowcap Adirondack and the Wedding Wishes and border is in Jet Black Archival all from the {die}vine Wedding Cross Stamp set.

The cross is from our {die}vine Cross Combo die set and so is the flower!  

Cut 12 petals and use a stylus to break up the paper a big, inked the edges and glued them to a small circle for the base, cut three leaves in green the added Want 2 Scrap bling to the center!
