A Treat for Someone Sweet!

Today I am featuring a Treat bag full of . . . Red Velvet M & M's ~ Jillian HAD to have them and they are pretty good I will say!
This quick and easy but darling treat topper is using our Emerald Backdrop Die scored and folded to fit the bag.
Daisies and the Swirly Vine die tops it off!  The sentiment is from Baking Tags Stamp Set.
