Happy Wednesday, Bunny here again and you know how I love the Beautiful Butterfly die!!!

So here it is using Jillian's new Bold Blooms and Garden Mum Die Sets.

I started with the Square Quatrefoil Create A Card Die Set cut from White cardstock as the card base,

I cut the Beautiful Butterfly die out of black cardstock, twice, so I could layer it and pop up the top layer wings.

Then I created several small blooms using Jillian's new Garden Mum Mega Die Set as well as the Bold Blooms Mega Die Set and the Petal Pusher Stylus and Shaping Mat.  They are both just gorgeous floral dies! So many options and possibilities and you can make them all look SO different and in so many sizes!

I added the word die cut "hope" from the Slimline Heart Window Cover Plate Die Set in pink and layered that over black just for a dimensional effect.

Another fairly quick and elegant card!

Sweet Valentine

Hello, Bunny here again today on this first of February!

I am hooked on the Fresh Florals Series!  (also they are on a great special so check out at the bottom of the post!)

Today I have a soft and sweet Valentine for you. 

For the card base, I used the Basic Rectangle Backdrop and layered the Brick A2 Cover Plate on top of that I also cut a pink cover plate so I can have the pieces to inlay to make it look like a ribbon. Plus added the Mini 3D Bow. It's such a cool effect that makes it look like a ribbon is woven through the card front.  How sweet is that? I love that look, perfect for a baby card as well!

Then I used the same pink cardstock to match the "ribbon band" and embossed the image using Brutus Monroe's Pearly Rainbow Embossing Powder and the Fresh Floral Bouquet Stamp Set. It's just gorgeous on the soft pink cardstock, photos do not do it justice. 

Then using the Stitch Dot Heart Backdrop Die Set, I cut the heart out of the embossed floral bouquet image. 

Then using the scrap part that was left over, I used the "love" word die from the Slimline Hearts Windows & Words Cover Plate,  cut it out of the embossed part and then another one out of the plain card stock so I could layer them together, you can see that in this photo as it pops it up a little bit. 

Glued it on the heart and then heart on the brick and you have created a sweet valentine!

Red Glitz Valentine!

Hello and Happy Wednesday!

Today I have an elegant but pretty simple card ~ you know me, easy peasy is my favorite way to make cards.

For this card, I grabbed my Vintage Floral Flourish Background Stamp, some Wow Embossing Ink and Wow Red Glitz embossing powder and created these lovely backgrounds for the Slimline Heart Window Cover Plate. It gives me Red Velvet vibes!

Using the Love from the same set, and a couple sentiments from Happy Hearts Stamp set.  I added the red Slimline Essentials Backdrop in Red and there you have a beautiful card!

The Sentiment banners are also from the Slimline Essentials Backdrop Die Set, they were perfect for this scriptures.

Introducing the Mini Spring Mix!

Happy Thursday! 

Do you ever just wake up with a card idea in your head? That was me this week!

And for once...it came out like I wanted!

I am in LOVE this with the new Mini Spring Mix Die Set! And when you use the Petal Pusher & Shape Up Mat Combo...you can pop those little flowers right out!

Jillian designed it to be used with the Minnie Pearl Bookmark Die, and sized it accordingly.

Well...it is the perfect compliment to her Slimline Window Die Sets. 

Here I used the Slimline Heart Windows and Words Die Set and layered it on the Slimline Stitched Plaid Cover Plate which was then layered on the largest die from the Slimline Essentials Die Set.

All in the SAME color of pink cardstock!

I love the miniature flowers and foliage in this set, she also included a butterfly and lady bug! And also has fall and winter leaves and flowers.

They are grouped together in several plates so you aren't dealing with little dies all separate.

The word die "love" comes with the  Slimline Heart Windows and Words Die Set along with "faith" and hope"

This would be a great Valentine card, wedding or anniversary card!

The foliage is pretty bendable and once you glue it, it works great around shapes!

I can't wait to try more with the other window Slimline sets!
